My name Iris. I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico moved to United States in 2014 without friends or family to explore my potential. Yes, it took a lot of bravery to leave everything behind and start a new life alone at the time. I am proud of what I have accomplished during these years.

I started "Instagraming/Blogging" because I found a sense of fulfillment in my own life interacting with different people. I enjoy sharing about my passions, what interests me, what interests other people, and sharing it with the world.

I love to workout but I am a believer that fitness is not about restricting yourself or counting calories, it's about finding that healthy balance and having fun doing it! Lover of affordable fashion, activewear, gym essentials, healthy snacks, and products that make mom-life easier.
